WHO IS MUSCLE TONE?

Muscle Tone was established in 1989 with the sole purpose of helping the people of the Central Coast reach their healthiest potential. Laurie Fawkner is the Director of Muscle Tone and has been involved in the health industry since 1985.

Since graduating with a Diploma in Remedial Massage, Laurie’s drive to improve his skills and knowledge has seen him complete many post graduate courses over the last eighteen years.

This search for knowledge has seen him appointed to the medical staff of many teams as well as being involved with numerous international sporting events.

• 2003 Australian World University Games Team - Deague, Korea

• 2004, 05, 06, 07, 08 & 09 NSW Men’s Veterans Hockey teams

• 2005 Australian Men's Veterans Hockey - Trans-Tasman Series

• 2006 Massage Therapy Co-ordinator to the Australian Long Course Triathlon Team for the world championships.

• 2007 NSWIS Elite Swimming Team

• 2009 Australian World University Games Team - Belgrade, Serbia

• 2010 Australian Men's Veterans Hockey - Trans-Tasman Series

In addition, Laurie has worked with many representative teams from the Central Coast  and Newcastle, as well as providing massage therapy staff and services to many triathlons and other sporting events.
